1140 Colorado Boulevard 

This project involved ​exterior​ and interior remodel of an 11-story apartment building. I generated designs for the modification of the exterior, including paint colors, adding a new entrance and lighting. The hallway designs included LED lighting fixtures recessed into the walls, wood doors, signage and carpet. The indoor pool included paint colors, lighting, ​and furniture.
