Littleton Art Studio

My job, as an interior designer, is to find out what the client wants, produce a workable design and then coordinate work, ensuring that the project’s theme is realized. This space was an early 1900s historical building that houses an art studio and offices for a children’s nonprofit organization.

Looking to create a design that was colorful, arty and unique. I selected furnishings, window treatments, and colors, tile, plumbing, cabinet design, counter tops, wall color, kitchen cabinets, floors, lighting, cabinet hardware, fireplace design and wall texture. After completely remodeling these rooms, including an addition to accommodate a new kitchen and bathrooms, we achieved our goal: a multi-colored space that is vibrant, unique and provides a creative atmosphere.
