Washington Park Residence

This project started with a small condominium in Cherry Creek owned by a single woman who at the time was a finance professional. A few years later, she moved to a new condominium in Washington Park. We took our time with both designs, adding the right pieces over the course of six years. The result was a set of beautiful rooms that truly reflected the client’s personality.

It was a fun, and highly collaborative, process. We shopped all over Denver for ready-made furnishings, bedding, wallpaper, rugs and accessories. Purchasing off-the-shelf items, as opposed to custom-made pieces, achieved significant savings without sacrificing aesthetics and the overall “feel” of the rooms. Pink accents complement the client’s taste, and we balanced this design with comfortable and oversized furnishings.
