How long do your commercial interior design projects take to complete?

Once we’ve kicked off the design phase, we can swiftly provide 3D drawings and design boards as needed for presentations. Whether seeking approval from investors, HOA, or partners, we can assemble a compelling presentation. The timeline for this initial phase depends on the project’s size, typically taking anywhere from a week to a few weeks.

Upon completing the initial design phase, you have the flexibility to proceed independently with our designs, coordinating timing with your contractor. Alternatively, if you prefer a more hands-on approach from us, we can create construction documents and offer contractor recommendations. The progression through these options is adaptable to suit your specific needs and timing.

Do you work with clients outside of the Denver Metro area?

Yes, we work with commercial clients throughout all of Colorado, including the mountain resort areas.
